Orders with a total value of AUD 100 or above (including AUD 100) qualify for free shipping.

Orders below AUD 100 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 10.99.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Shipping Carriers
Depending on the order, delivery may be arranged through the following commonly used carriers: Australia Post, StarTrack, Toll, and CouriersPlease.Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 6–12 business days.
- Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 18:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT) are usually processed on the same day.Orders placed after 18:00 PM or on non-working days will be processed on the next business day.

6. Order Cancellation
You may request order cancellation within 48 hours of placing your order, and we will prioritize processing your request.
If more than 48 hours have passed or the order has already entered the shipping process, cancellation may not be immediately possible. In such cases, please submit a request according to the return process after receiving the product.
